I fell over the weekend – and now I am worried about my balance

I’m 87 and not so steady on my feel anymore.  I like to stay active, but don’t have the strength and coordination I used to have. Falling is scary.  What can I do to improve my balance?

You should start doing some exercises that improve balance.

According to NIH SeniorHealth.org: Each year, more than one-third of people age 65 or older fall. Falls and fall-related injuries, such as hip fracture, can have a serious impact on an older person’s life. If you fall, it could limit your activities or make it impossible to live independently.
